These pictures are SO dang cute!! I love how Tate is such a poser. She's just so grown up and so cute! And Seth, he's getting so big too. What a little hottie. You guys look so good!! One of these days we will take a professional family picture. I can't believe you guys are home owners!! So exciting! It looks so big and nice. I'm jealous. Sounds like such a fun neighborhood too. My family goes to Oceanside every summer. Where did you stay? Miss you guys!!

Julie did such a good job! I'm gonna have to recruit her to do our family pics. Your kids are so cute. They have a perfect mix of you and Colb. Seth is getting so big! And just looking at Tatum you can see that she's just full of personality! She's going to be so social when she grows up huh. I gather that from all your posts, she sounds so darling!
