San DIEGO (PART TWO)

The best part about our trip to San Diego was just hanging out at our beach house. The kids LOVED playing in the sand and water. It is amazing how you keep finding sand for about a week after leaving the beach! It sticks to their skin, swimming suits, and hair. Our beach house had a hot tub, so the kids loved hanging out in there after a long day at the beach. 

Seth thought the sand tasted good. I kept trying to keep it out of his mouth, but he kept putting handfuls back in. Oh well.....

This is right in front of our place. Everyone loved watching the sun set. 
Tate had a blast with her cousins. She was constantly on the go. She collected everything she found on the beach, including sea weed. 
This is when the tide started to get high. 




There was a shower connected to the outside of the house so you could rinse off all the sand. The water was so warm!!! It was one of Seth's favorite places to play. We would turn the shower on, give him the hose, and he would have a blast.
The kids in the hot tub. They loved it!!! I can't tell you how much sand we cleaned out of the hot tub before we left.
This little black tub is where you are supposed to rinse the sand off your feet before getting into the hot tub. Well, we filled it with water from the hot tub and it became Seth's little hot tub. He LOVED it! This is when he crawled in there with his p.j.'s on at around 7:30 in the morning.

Another obsession of Seth's.....rocks. Pretty strong kid huh!
