I just had to post this on my blog, because I couldn't put it down while reading it. If you want a good book to read, I recommend this one. I am going to start the next book by Stephanie Meyer called New Moon. I know a lot of you have been reading these books, but if you haven't, get on it!!!!! :) If you have any other books you recommend, let me know. Thanks Ash for telling me about this book.

All three books are awesome. I read them all last week while waiting for my stupid flight to take off - 1 1/2 days LATE! Book 3 will make you really irritated and that is all I am going to tell you about it.

I am glad you are addicted to the Stephanie Meyer books too! I never thought I could get this obsessed with a book. Seriously, I dream about Edward all the time. I am starting to think "this can't be healthy" ha ha..Have you started Eclipse yet? I am taking my sweeet time to finish, otherwise who will I fantasize about..

this comment is for Colby...so Mandy pass it on! In response to your comment about Anthony's quote. The key word in the quote is "protection", not "dependent". The reason Laura posted that is because many women rely on men, (not just their husbands) for protection. The danger in doing this is simple. If a woman cannot protect herself and become independent and secure with herself then of course she will depend on a man for protection. So if a woman is in an abusive relationship and has not gained a sense of "protection" or "independence" then she will likely be inclined to stay in that relationship. If a woman gains a sense of protection or independence for herself before she even begins a relationship with a man then she will most likely be happier because she will not settle because of her insecurities or lack of independence and confidence. I agree with you that a man and a woman in a relationship should depend on each other. But I believe it is essential for a woman to already have a sense of security wtih herself before she commits to a serious relationship; both parties will be happier because the woman or man's high confidence and independence.
